Job summary

Responsibilities include operating CNC mills/lathes, reading blueprints, performing offsets, and conducting in-process inspections to ensure high-quality parts. A safe, organized work area is required.

Qualifications

• Previous CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience operating CNC mills and/or lathes.
• Ability to read blueprints and manufacturing documentation.
• Experience performing offsets and tool changes.
• Familiarity with precision measuring equipment including calipers and micrometers.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills and/or lathes in a precision manufacturing environment.
• Perform tool changes and offset adjustments as needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints, routers, and work instructions.
• Conduct in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring equipment.
• Monitor machine performance and maintain quality standards.
• Verify parts meet specifications throughout production runs.
• Troubleshoot minor production issues and elevate concerns when needed.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work area.
