Qualifications

• Completion of a Vocational Technical Training program including CNC operation, measuring tool training and tooling applications.
• Three (3) years’ experience in diversified machining operations focusing on CNC tool operation and programming within the last 5 years.
• Knowledge of machining technology, shop mathematics, job layout, precision measuring procedures and machining characteristics.
• Must pass Ml classification test with a score of 85% or above.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to produce components to specified tolerances and finishes.
• Read and interpret drawings, routings and specifications; set up fixtures and tooling.
• Enter CNC programs and set tool/work offsets; adjust feeds and speeds for efficiency.
• Perform quality checks and document material traceability and inspection results.
