Xylem Water Solutions Netherlands is hiring a Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift at our Cheektowaga, NY facility. The role involves maintenance, repair, and installation of plant equipment, with emphasis on safety, compliance, and reliable operations.

Ideal candidates have a two-year degree and 3–5 years in manufacturing maintenance, plus electrical/electronics training. You will work with a team and may support subcontractors, while adhering to start-up, shut-down, and PPE protocols.

Qualifications

• Two year college degree with 3–5 years manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Evidence of electrical/electronic training.
• Ability to read drawings and perform simple math.
• Valid NY driver license with clean driving record.
• Must pass written test.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair and install plant equipment and structures.
• Support subcontractor installation and repair efforts.
• Ensure work complies with codes, specs and regulations.
• Recommend tooling and equipment to support work.
• Perform routine safety checks and maintain records.
