Qualifications

Completion of CNC-focused vocational training with tooling knowledge.
Must read drawings, specs and tolerances for setup and operation.
Minimum 3 years of diversified CNC machining experience.
Ability to pass Ml classification written test with 85+ score.

Responsibilities

Interpret drawings, routings and specs to machine components within tolerances.
Set up fixtures, jigs and tooling for undocumented setups and verify alignment.
Load, set up and operate machine tools with proper speeds, feeds and finishes.
Program parts using canned cycles, conversations and manual coding as needed.
Maintain tool, fixture and part quality through inspection and calibration checks.
