Job summary

Diba Industries, Inc. seeks a Second Shift CNC Machinist to interpret engineering drawings and manufacture parts using CNC machinery. You will operate multiple machines, process work orders with minimal supervision, and perform preventative maintenance on shop floor equipment.

You will identify defects, troubleshoot issues, and help train teammates while contributing to safety and project training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience reading engineering drawings for manufacturing components.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot CNC equipment with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with preventative maintenance and safety practices on shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Interpret engineering drawings to manufacture parts using CNC machinery.
• Operate multiple CNC machines and process work orders independently or with minimal instructions.
• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Identify defects in quality, process, machinery, or equipment and address them.
• Assist in training teammates (temps and permanent) and participate in safety and project trainings.
