Job summary

Dynabrade, Inc. is seeking a 2nd or 3rd shift CNC Mill Operator to set up, maintain and run mill machines to produce precision parts. You will read blueprints and specifications, work with the manufacturing engineer on changes, and ensure parts meet quality standards.

Ideal candidates have mill machining experience, knowledge of FANUC controls, and the ability to read drawings and use measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, indicators). A high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Mill machining experience is required.
• FANUC controls knowledge is needed.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints is required.
• 4th axis operation knowledge is a plus.
• Use of calipers, micrometers, indicators for quality checks.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Ability to read charts and drawings and interpret specs.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain CNC Mill machinery from blueprints.
• Work with Manufacturing Engineer on program changes when needed.
• Perform quality checks on parts per blueprints and specs.
• Identify defects and coordinate with QC team.
• Set up tools and machinery for each project.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work area.
