Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of shop experience with CNC machines.
• Ability to read blueprints/engineer drawings and technical specs.

Responsibilities

• Set up CNC mills, lathes, and grinders.
• Operate machines to produce parts per specs.
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections with precision tools.
• Maintain documentation and daily logs of parts and settings.
