Job summary

EverStaff, LLC is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team in Ohio. The role involves setting up, operating, and adjusting CNC mills and/or lathes to produce precision parts per blueprints and specifications. Expect emphasis on quality, safety, and productivity.

Candidates should have CNC machining experience, blueprint reading skills, and proficiency with precision measuring tools. First and second shifts are available with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Experience in CNC machining or manufacturing environment.
• Able to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficient with precision measuring equipment.
• Ability to edit CNC programs at the machine.
• Strong math skills including trigonometry.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes per blueprints.
• Load materials, install tooling, and secure workpieces.
• Adjust tooling, speeds, and feeds for production.
• Edit CNC programs at the machine as needed.
• Read and interpret drawings and specs.
• Measure parts with micrometers, calipers, gauges.
• Inspections to ensure dimension and quality.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and maintain records.
