Job summary

Allegion plc is hiring a CNC Machinist in Greenfield, Indiana. The role focuses on setting up and operating CNC equipment to produce precision parts per drawings, with overtime on request and a 2nd/3rd shift differential.

You will load materials, perform quality checks with measuring tools, and help maintain a safe, tidy workspace while collaborating with the team to improve processes.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of CNC machining experience.
• Familiarity with machining techniques, tools, and equipment.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Ability to produce parts to meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machinery to cut, form, drill, mill parts per drawings.
• Load materials and maintain workflow.
• Inspect parts with calipers and micrometers and document defects.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and use PPE as required.
• Collaborate with team to address challenges and improve processes.
