Job summary

Allegion seeks a 2nd Shift Manufacturing Supervisor for Greenfield, IN. You will lead a 40-50 person team, oversee staffing decisions, and drive departmental performance while ensuring compliance with policies and quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, critical thinking, and a track record of guiding teams. Hours are Monday–Friday 3:30pm–12:00am, with Saturdays as needed. Eligibility in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Supervisory or Leadership experience required.
• Proven track record of leading teams and people.
• Analytical mindset.
• Working knowledge of lean principles and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Implements and administers organizational functions or processes for the shift.
• Tracks processes, preparing reports for management detailing quality or department actions.
• Assigns staff to tasks based on availability or expertise.
• Monitors team efficiency and ensures output meets expectations.
