Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years in manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Experience setting up and operating CNC machining equipment; EDM/Makino Fast Hole or aerospace experience preferred.
• Strong listening and communication skills; verbal and written.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Lean/Continuous Improvement knowledge.
• Attention to detail and self-starter attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Job Boss).

Responsibilities

• Set Up and operates EDM/CNC machines and related equipment with programs, fixtures, and methods.
• Make edits and adjustments to meet work orders and blueprints.
• Demonstrate knowledge of feeds/speeds and cutting tools.
• Inspect features for dimensional accuracy.
• Ensure quality and quantity per company requirements.
• Complete paperwork for counts, scrap, and time.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and tooling.
• Train and assist other employees as required.
• Collaborate with team to resolve process or system issues.
• Comply with OSHA, health, safety, and environmental requirements.
