Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC Machinist experience in manufacturing.
• Proficient in operating and maintaining CNC mills and lathes.
• Extensive experience with micrometers, calipers, gauges for precise inspection.
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and models.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Attention to detail to ensure high-quality parts meeting specs.
• Good communication and teamwork; safety-first mindset.
• Relevant CNC machining certification or diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain CNC machines, ensuring proper calibration.
• Read and interpret blueprints and design models for precision parts.
• Use micrometers, calipers, and gauges to inspect parts to specification.
• Set up and run multi-axis machines for complex components.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and cleanliness.
• Troubleshoot machine issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and produce quality results.
