Job summary

MOHR Talent is partnering with a growing precision manufacturer hiring experienced Swiss CNC Machinists across multiple shifts. You’ll operate Citizen Swiss-style CNC machines producing tight-tolerance precision components.

Read blueprints and GD&T, and inspect parts using calipers and micrometers to ensure quality. We offer up to $32/hour based on experience, plus a 10% shift premium on B and C shifts, weekend C shift pay, and full benefits including 401(k) match and PTO.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Swiss CNC machining experience required.
• Experience with Citizen Swiss machines preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and precision measuring tools.
• Experience producing tight-tolerance precision parts.
• Reliable work history and attendance.

Responsibilities

• Operate Swiss-style CNC lathes, including Citizen equipment.
• Run Mill/Turn and multi-axis CNC equipment.
• Produce tight-tolerance precision parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T.
• Perform inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments.
• Identify tooling, quality, or machining issues.
• Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures.

About the Opportunity

We’re partnering with a growing precision manufacturerthat is hiring experienced Swiss CNC Machinists across multiple shifts.

You’ll operate Citizen Swiss-style CNC machines producing tight-tolerance precision components.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate Swiss-style CNC lathes, including Citizen equipment
• Run Mill/Turn and multi-axis CNC equipment
• Produce tight-tolerance precision parts
• Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T
• Perform inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments
• Identify tooling, quality, or machining issues
• Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures

What They’re Looking For
