Job summary

MOHR Talent is seeking experienced CNC Machinists for a precision manufacturing operation in Coloma, MI. Strong setup, machining, blueprint reading and inspection skills are essential. B and C shift opportunities accompany full-time employment.

Responsibilities include setting up and operating CNC mills/lathes, tooling changes, reading blueprints and GD&T, and ensuring parts meet tight tolerances with precision measurement tools. Competitive pay with shift premiums is offered.

Qualifications

• Previous CNC machining experience.
• CNC setup experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring equipment.
• G-code/program editing experience preferred.
• Multi-axis, Swiss machining, CMM, or precision machining experience is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
