Job summary

West Chester, PA area is seeking a skilled CNC Machining Technician to join our precision manufacturing team. You will inspect parts to tight tolerances, set up and operate multiple CNC machines, and support daily production in a regulated environment for medical device components.

Must have 3+ years of CNC machining experience, strong blueprint reading skills, and the ability to multitask across machines. Experience with Mazak or Swiss-style machines is preferred, with opportunities for career

Responsibilities:

• Inspecting parts to tight tolerances and quality standards
  
• Following established programs and supporting daily product in a regulated manufacturing environment
• Operates and supports CNC machines producing high-precision medical device components
  
• Responsible for reading blueprints and precision measuring equipment
  

Requirements

Must have requirements:

• 3+ years of CNC machining experience in a production manufacturing environment
  
• Must be able to operate multiple machines simultaneously
• Must be able to read blueprints
• Must be able to operate multiple machines simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in medical device or regulated manufacturing environments
• Experience assisting with machine setup and changeovers
• Experience with Mazak lathes or machining centers
• Experience with Mazak 5-axis mills or Integrex machines
• Experience with Swiss style lathes
  
• Experience working within ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 environments
  
• Multi axis machining (, 4, 5 axis)
