Job summary

Trotter Workforce in West Chester, PA, is seeking an experienced CNC Lead to drive programming, setup and production across Mazak and Swiss machines. You will lead machinists, define processes, and ensure on-time delivery.

Candidates must have 8+ years in production machining, 5+ years programming, and strong GD&T and inspection expertise. CAD/CAM experience (Mastercam, CamWorks, SolidWorks CAM) is preferred.

• PartMaker experience for Swiss concentration
• Mazatrol experience for Mazak concentration
