Job summary

Structure Medical, Inc. is seeking a CNC Machinist to set up and operate advanced CNC machines to produce high-quality medical device components. You will follow production schedules, perform inspections, and maintain a clean, safe work environment. Open to candidates from entry-level trainees to seasoned pros.

The role offers a 4-day workweek (10-hour shifts, Mon-Thu) with 2nd shift differential, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for growth in a stable, high-demand industry.

Qualifications

• CNC machining experience with independent setups and offsets.
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T understanding and measurement skills.
• Ability to run production independently and assist others when needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines
• Read and follow setup sheets, travelers, programs, and blueprints
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections
• Adjust tools and offsets to maintain precision
• Suggest process improvements for quality and efficiency
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work closely with Quality and Production teams
• Complete required documentation for production and inspections
