SUMMARY: Become a part of our team as a Machinist! We are an oil and gas manufacturing facility seeking to enhance our team with a skilled machinist. In this role, you will set up and operate CNC lathes and mills with Fanuc Controls. We are looking for candidates who have a minimum of 2 years of CNC experience and a solid proficiency in troubleshooting and editing programs.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Setup and operate CNC lathes and mills with Fanuc Controls.
• Interpret schematics, blueprints, and process drawings.
• Edit and troubleshoot CNC programs.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area.
• Assist and train other operators as needed.
• Take on additional responsibilities as required.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED; CNC machining certificate preferred.
• At least 2 years of CNC experience with Fanuc Controls.
• Strong communication skills and ability to understand technical drawings.
• Ability to pass drug test and background check.

Physical and Mental Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Manual dexterity and coordination.
• Ability to work at a fast pace and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).

Work Environment:

• Primarily in a heated manufacturing setting.
• Potential hazards include moving mechanical parts, electrical currents, and chemicals.
