Machinist Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Machinist to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will operate CNC machines, produce high-quality parts, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining processes.
• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshoot issues during operation.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure parts meet specifications and tolerances.
• Use measurement tools to confirm dimensions and specifications of finished products.
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to optimize processes and increase efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of tooling, machining processes, and G-Code programming.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation.
• Familiarity with milling and turning operations.
• Experience with measurement tools and quality control procedures.
• Ability to troubleshoot and set up CNC machines effectively.
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM software is a plus.
