Express Employment Professionals of Pittsburg is hiring a Skilled CNC Machinist for a local company in Pittsburg, KS. The role involves reading blueprints, loading materials, and running test cycles to ensure outputs meet specifications.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of CNC machining experience, experience with vertical/horizontal machines, strong math skills, and a detail-oriented, results-driven mindset. Excellent communication skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of CNC Machining experience.
• Experience with Vertical/Horizontal machines.
• Mechanical aptitude and good math skills.
• A keen eye for detail and results-driven approach.
• Good communication abilities.
• Proficient in G-Code and M-Code programming.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and mechanical drawings to complete tasks.
• Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto CNC machines.
• Run test to verify outputs meet specifications.
• Set machines to complete full production cycles for large quantities.
• Inspect finished parts and measure against requirements to ensure proper completion.

Express Employment is immediately hiring Skilled CNC Machinist for a local company!

• Completions of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings etc.
• Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines
• Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications
• Set machines to complete full cycles to fabricate a large number of parts
• Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly

Skills Needed:

• Minimum 1 year of experience of CNC Machining
• Experience with Vertical Horizontal
• Mechanical aptitude and good math skills
• A keen eye for detail and results-driven approach
• Good communication abilities
• G-Code and M-Code Programming
