SolomonEdwards is seeking CNC Machinists (Mill & Lathe) for multiple levels in Henderson, NV. This direct-hire, full-time opportunity requires setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes to manufacture precision components per engineering drawings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant CNC machinist experience (Lathe or Mill or both).
• Machine Set-Up experience, not operation only.
• Setting up and operating CNC mills and/or lathes to manufacture precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications.

Job description

I’m reaching out regarding several direct-hire, full time, CNC Machinist (Mill & Lathe) opportunities with one of the nation’s leading plastics manufacturers. These positions are all in Henderson, NV. The company is currently hiring multiple Machinists across Levels II–IV within its CNC department and is looking for skilled professionals with experience in CNC setup and operation.

In this role, you would be responsible for setting up and operating CNC mills and/or lathes to manufacture precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications. Key responsibilities include machine setup, tooling changes, program adjustments, quality inspections, and troubleshooting to ensure efficient production while maintaining high quality standards.

Shift:

• Mon - Thurs, 6:00am - 4:30pm

Compensation:

• Pay range between $25-$33/hr. depending on experience level
• All OT paid at 1.5x
• Overtime is currently optional
• Annual bonus of up to 5%
