The role involves setting up and operating CNC lathe machines, interpreting blueprints, and performing inspections. Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of experience in a precision environment, can work within tight tolerances, and possess strong troubleshooting skills. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of CNC lathe experience in aerospace or similar precision environment.
• Ability to work within tight tolerances (+/- .001) and established parameters.
• Skilled in using various measuring tools for setting work offsets.
• Skilled in using bore gages, Johnson gages, pitch mics, and indicators for setting work offsets.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
