Job summary

US Tech Force in Green Bay, WI is seeking a CNC Machinist to produce custom metal components by interpreting specifications and programming CNC machines.

You will set up and run jobs, edit programs, read blueprints, and troubleshoot mechanical issues, with 1–2 years in a shop environment preferred. This on-site role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Shifts available: 1st and 2nd; pay range $20–$36 per hour based on experience, with medical, dental and vision benefits included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or post-secondary certification.
• 1–2 years of experience in a job shop environment.
• Experience on VMCs or Turning Centers/Lathes.
• Expertise with CAD/CAM software and CNC calculating.
• Basic programming skills preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and part drawings.

US Tech Force seeks a CNC Machinist for a growing custom machine shop in the Green Bay, WI area!

As a Machinist, you will interpret client specifications, enter them into the CNC machine, set up the machine and monitor it as it operates.

CNC Machinist Responsibilities:

• Produce custom metal components to customer specifications.
• Set up, operate and run CNC machines.
• Ability to edit programs
• Troubleshooting and fixing mechanical issues

CNC Machinist Qualifications:

• High school diploma, equivalent or post-secondary certification required.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience working in a job shop environment.
• Experience working on either VMCs or Turning Centers/Lathes
• Expertise with CNC calculating, computer aided design (CAD) and computer aided manufacturing (CAM) software.
• Basic programming skills preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and part drawings.
