Ace Precision Machining LLC in Menomonee Falls, WI is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. You will operate multi-axis CNC mills and turning centers, read complex drawings and GD&T, and ensure parts meet tight tolerances for aerospace, defense, and space programs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of GD&T and blueprint interpretation for complex geometries.
• Experience with in-process inspection methods and tight tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate multi-axis CNC mills and turning centers to produce precision sheet metal components and finished goods.
• Load tools, set offsets, verify programs, and produce quality parts.
• Read and interpret complex drawings, models, and GD&T requirements.
• Make on-machine edits to improve quality, efficiency, and tool life in accordance with our quality system.
• Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, indicators, height gauges, CMM reports, and visual inspection.
• Work closely with Programming, Engineering, and Quality on process improvements.
• Maintain machine performance through routine cleaning and basic maintenance.
• Follow quality system and safety rules.
• Stay productive by running multiple machines simultaneously.
• Work as part of a collaborative team to build quality products that you’re proud to put your name on

WHAT EXPERIENCE YOU NEED:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED), with minimum of three years of related CNC experience
• Strong ability to hold tight tolerances on complex geometries on preferably aerospace materials (titanium, Inconel, stainless steel, aluminum)
• Proficient with GD&T, blueprint interpretation, and in-process inspection methods
• Strong attention to detail, pride in craftsmanship, and a safety-first mindset
