Job summary

US Tech Force in Green Bay, WI is seeking an Experienced CNC Machinist for a growing custom machine shop. You will set up, run, and troubleshoot CNC lathes and mills, read blueprints, and ensure quality during production runs.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED and hands-on CNC experience, strong math skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Competitive wages and full benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience working with CNC machinery.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Mechanical aptitude and good mathematical skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and documents.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up, run and operate lathe or mill CNC machine's
• Adjust programs when needed at the head
• Prepare and load cabinet parts onto machines
• Change tooling for CNC as needed
• Read and interpret blueprints
• Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure the functionality
• Perform quality inspections throughout runs
