Role Overview

The CNC Machinist will ensure components are machined and finished as per detailed drawings and procedures, meeting quality standards. This role is located in Delaware, OH and is fully on-site.

Starting Pay: $29.96, with potential increases based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily work from production schedules using blueprints and work instructions.
• Perform daily preventive maintenance on machinery.
• Operate various CNC equipment, forklifts, and cranes.
• Identify and implement safety improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience with a CNC mill.
• Ability to set up and operate CNC mills, saws, brakes, shears, and other equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering documentation.
• Proficiency with measuring tools like tape measures and calipers.
• Ability to operate jib cranes safely.
• Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork orientation.
• Methodical, organized, and precise work ethic.
• Proactive in proposing solutions.
• Good attendance and punctuality.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
