Job Details

• Precision Machining: Produce precision machined parts by setting up and operating CNC machines, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Programming Expertise: Program mills by entering detailed instructions, setting tool registers, offsets, and compensation, with a strong grasp of geometric dimensions, tolerances, and basic math principles.
• Machinery Setup: Install and adjust tools, attachments, and fixtures, verifying settings and ensuring the accuracy of first-run parts and sample workpieces.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Maintain equipment through preventive maintenance, troubleshoot malfunctions, and ensure continuous operation of work centers.
• Quality Assurance: Follow and enforce strict quality assurance procedures, maintain detailed records, and ensure all production releases and quality sign-offs are completed accurately.
