Job summary

MOHR Talent in Coloma, MI is seeking a CNC Machinist for B and C shifts to join a precision manufacturing operation. You will set up and operate CNC mills and lathes and read blueprints and GD&T to produce parts to tight tolerances. Candidates should have CNC machining experience and be proficient in measuring with micrometers, calipers, and gauges. Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC mills or lathes
• Familiar with blueprints and precision measurement tools
• G-code editing experience preferred
• Experience with multi-axis or Swiss machining is a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes
• Perform tooling changes, offsets, and machine adjustments
• Read blueprints, GD&T, and machining specifications
• Machine components to tight tolerances
• Inspect parts with micrometers, calipers, gauges
• Troubleshoot tooling, machining, and quality issues
• Make program or offset adjustments as needed
