Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Program and operate CNC routers to produce precision parts per blueprints.
  • Perform machine setups, including tool offsets and program verification.
  • Use calipers, height gauges, and tapes to verify part conformance.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area and seek process improvements.
  • Document production data and quality logs for cross-shift communication.
  • Operate auxiliary equipment (band saws, grinders) and use forklifts safely.
  • Monitor cycles and escalate issues when deviations occur.

Responsibilities
  • Program and operate CNC routers to produce precision parts according to technical blueprints and specifications.
  • Perform machine setups, including tool offsets, reference points, and program verification to ensure optimal performance.
  • Utilize precision measuring tools such as calipers, height gauges, and tape measures to verify part conformance to quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Document production data and quality logs accurately to ensure continuity and clear communication across shifts.
  • Operate auxiliary equipment, including band saws and grinders, and utilize forklifts to manage materials safely.
  • Monitor machine cycles and detect malfunctions, escalating issues to leadership when deviations occur.
