Job Juncture in Dublin, OH is seeking a Manufacturing & CNC Supervisor (Millwork/Cabinetry) to lead CNC routing, programming, and a small shop team in a luxury cabinetry environment. The role ensures high-end components are machined and assembled accurately and on time.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years CNC/router experience, G-code skills, and proficiency with Cabinet Vision/AlphaCAM. Relocation available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CNC router setup and machining in cabinetry/millwork.
• G-code programming ability.
• Experience with AlphaCAM and Cabinet Vision or CabinetWare/20/20.
• Strong knowledge of customized cabinet construction.
• Ability to lead and manage a small shop team (2–4 people).

Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee CNC routing for cabinetry components.
• Create, edit, and troubleshoot CNC programs (G-code).
• Use Cabinet Vision, AlphaCAM, and CabinetWare/20/20 to support production.
• Lead and coordinate daily assembly work to ensure quality and on-time completion.
• Supervise and support a small team (2–4 employees).
• Ensure cabinetry is built to high standards for luxury projects.
• Maintain organized workflow between CNC machining and assembly.
