Norwood Medical is seeking a CNC Operator 2 to join our manufacturing team in Dayton, OH. You will operate CNC production equipment, set offsets, perform tool changes, and follow inspection plans to ensure quality.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and accurate documentation as we produce precision medical components. Ideal candidates bring experience on CNC machines, a reliable attendance record, and a willingness to learn across areas of the shop.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, follow and complete a router and work as assigned.
• Experience with operating CNC production equipment and making offsets/adjustments.
• Able to perform tool changes and execute inspection plans with standard equipment.

Responsibilities

• Read, follow and complete a company router and perform work as assigned by a Group Leader.
• Operate one or more types of CNC production equipment.
• Set CNC machine offsets and adjustments as needed.
• Change tools as required.
• Execute manufacturing inspections and document results.
• Troubleshoot CNC machine issues and alarms.
• Report defective material or conditions to a Group Leader.
• Maintain production goals daily.
• Work as a team and communicate issues as needed.
• Perform typical machine shop operations.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area.
• Comply with safety regulations.
