• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years CNC experience required.
• Completed certification in multiple manufacturing areas.
• Stand for extended periods; lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Machining Operations.
• Set up and operate CNC and manual machining equipment including turning, milling, grinding, drilling, tapping, EDM, and honing
• Run multiple machines simultaneously
• Participate in product and process improvements
• Use inspection equipment to verify product quality
• Prepare materials and work orders
• Read blueprints, establish tool offsets, and replace worn tooling
• Documentation and Compliance: Complete required records and documentation
• Follow company policies, quality procedures, FDA/QSR requirements, and other applicable regulations
• Perform labor transactions and barcode scanning
• Participate in team-based continuous improvement activities
• Safety and Housekeeping: Maintain equipment as required; Keep the work area clean and organized; Follow health, safety, environmental, and job hazard requirements
• Perform other related duties as assigned
