Qualifications

• Intermediate math skills in geometric and trig formulas a plus.

Responsibilities

• Measures, inspects, and loads/unloads parts from the assigned CNC Swiss machine.
• Implements dimensional adjustments (offsets) as needed.
• Breaks down and stores tooling specific to the job.
• Makes minor program edits for part size.
• Performs basic machine changeovers.
• Completes quality control documentation and inspection sheets accurately.
