Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC and manual machining equipment including turning, milling, grinding, drilling, tapping, EDM, and honing.
• Run multiple machines simultaneously.
• Train and support lower-level operators.
• Collaborate with engineers and toolmakers on fixtures, tooling, process development, and part design.
• Troubleshoot production and development issues.
• Read blueprints, establish tool offsets, and replace worn tooling.
