Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with machining training or experience.
• At least 3 years operating CNC milling, turning, grinding and EDM machines.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform in-process inspections.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Strong English communication and basic math skills.
• Availability to work first shift.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC and manual machining equipment including milling, turning, grinding, drilling, tapping, honing and EDM.
• Manufacture precision medical components from raw materials meeting quality and safety standards.
• Conduct in-process inspections and use precision measurement tools.
• Read blueprints, establish tool offsets, and replace worn tooling.
• Troubleshoot issues and support process improvements with engineers and toolmakers.
• Provide training and guidance to less experienced team members.
• Complete manufacturing documentation and comply with FDA/QSR requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and perform preventive maintenance.
