Job summary

Air Squared, Thornton, Colorado, is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to run pre-programmed CNC mills and ensure parts meet blueprints and work instructions. The role includes operating a CMM, using offsets on mills and lathes, and assisting in packaging and shipping when needed.

Competitive hourly pay and benefits accompany this hands-on manufacturing position. Shifts available include 1st shift and weekend nights with differential pay; candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and CNC

Qualifications

• Must submit resume to be considered.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience operating a CNC Mill preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload parts utilizing pre-programmed CNC mills.
• Load and inspect the parts on a pre-programmed CMM inspection machine.
• Use work and tool offsets on manual mill and lathe machines.
• Use hand tools on machined parts when needed.
• Tighten and loosen fasteners to hold parts and fixtures in place.
• Assist in shipping preparation, such as packaging, shipping and receiving as need.
• Deburr metal parts after they have been machined.
• Order supplies for the machine shop as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
• CNC Machine Operator (1st and Weekend Nights Shifts open).
