Job summary

Air Squared in Thornton, CO is hiring a CNC Machine Operator for the 3rd shift. You will run pre-programmed CNC mills, load/unload parts, and verify dimensions using a CMM inspection machine while maintaining tolerances per blueprints.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, and prefers about 1 year of CNC Mill experience. Earn $22–$26 per hour with a 12% shift differential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must submit resume to be considered.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year experience operating a CNC Mill is preferred.
• Air Squared conducts a statewide background check, drug screening, and E-Verify employment verification.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload parts using pre-programmed CNC mills.
• Load and inspect parts on a pre-programmed CMM inspection machine.
• Use work offsets on manual mills and lathes.
• Use hand tools to finish machined parts as needed.
• Tighten/loosen fasteners to hold parts/fixtures.
• Assist in shipping preparation and packaging.
• Deburr parts after machining.
• Order supplies for the shop.
