Job summary

Air Squared Manufacturing in Thornton, CO is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to load/unload parts on pre-programmed mills and run inspection on a CMM, contributing to precision components for medical, aerospace, and energy sectors.

You will work a 1st shift or Weekend Nights with a 15% differential, and a pay range of $22–$26 per hour based on experience.

A high school diploma or GED is required, resume submission, and ability to pass background and drug screening plus E-Verify.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must submit a resume to be considered.
• Ability to pass a statewide background check, drug screening, and E-Verify employment verification.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload parts on pre-programmed CNC mills.
• Load and inspect parts on a pre-programmed CMM inspection machine.
• Use work and tool offsets on manual mill and lathe machines.
• Use hand tools on machined parts as needed.
• Tighten and loosen fasteners to hold parts and fixtures in place.
• Deburr metal parts after machining.
• Assist with shipping preparation — packaging, shipping, and receiving as needed.
• Order machine shop supplies as needed.
