Job summary

Mach10 Solutions, founded in Montana and now serving the United States, seeks a skilled CNC Operator to advance high-precision fabrication. You will work with 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machining to produce mission-critical components for demanding industries.

Responsibilities include complex setups, multi-axis milling and mill-turn operations, in-process inspections with micrometers and calipers, tool changes, offset adjustments, and collaboration to maintain a clean, safe, highly productive shop

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC setups and operation.
• Ability to read GD&T drawings to exact tolerances.
• Experience with micrometers, calipers and indicators.
• Strong shop math skills: algebra and geometry.

Responsibilities

• Execute complex setups and operate multi-axis CNC milling and mill-turn equipment.
• Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Conduct routine tool changes, offset adjustments and minor program edits.
• Troubleshoot equipment performance issues and perform preventive maintenance.
• Manage full lifecycle of a job from loading materials to deburring and tooling organization.
• Collaborate with team to optimize workflow and maintain a safe, productive shop.
