Job summary

Randstad USA seeks an experienced Class A CNC Mill Machinist to join our precision manufacturing team. You will lead complex setups, prove out new program designs, build fixtures, and machine tight-tolerance components for aerospace, defense, and medical applications.

Key duties include complex setups on 3- to 5-axis mills, reading and editing G-code, GD&T inspection, and mentoring Level B/C machinists. First shift, competitive pay, and comprehensive Randstad benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 2 years of CNC milling setup and operation experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T.
• Experience with Mastercam or Fusion 360 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Write and optimize G-code/CAM programs for complex 3- to 5-axis parts.
• Set up and prove out new programs and fixtures.
• Interpret blueprints with GD&T and perform CMM inspections.
• Mentor and support Machinist B/C operators.
