Job summary

Montana Precision Products in Butte, MT is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to manufacture high-precision components for aerospace and industrial sectors. You will operate CNC mills, drills, lathes, and perform inspections using MME, reading GD&T data, and generating FAI reports.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of CNC programming with CAM software (prefer Gibbs CAM).
• Experience with M&ME to measure machined features.
• Proficient reading blueprints and GD&T data.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines (mill, drill, lathe) per work instructions.
• Read blueprints and GD&T data on machine prints.
• Assist Engineering to test and create CNC programs and processes.
• Plan workload and troubleshoot machining issues to meet delivery and quality goals.
• Inspect, maintain, and log preventive maintenance of equipment.
