W3Global is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to operate, program, inspect, and troubleshoot CNC machinery in our Minnesota manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with a strong commitment to quality and safety.

The role requires setting up CNC machines, interpreting drawings and work instructions, and performing welding/drafting tasks when needed. On-site work in Chatfield, MN with emphasis on precise, safe production.

Qualifications

• Prior CNC machinist experience with ability to program machines.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and mathematical skills for geometry and tolerances.
• Analytical problem solving and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to work independently and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

CNC Machinist - Experienced

Key Responsibilities

• Program and operate CNC machinery to produce accurate parts according to specifications.
• Read and interpret work instructions, procedures, drawings, and production requirements.
• Set up and control CNC machines and related manufacturing processes.
• Inspect equipment, materials, and finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot CNC programs, machinery, and production issues.
• Analyze problems and identify effective solutions.
• Perform welding and drafting-related tasks as required.
• Maintain accurate and clear communication with team members and supervisors.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
• Stay current with relevant manufacturing processes, equipment, and technical knowledge.
• Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and production quality.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a CNC Machinist.
• Ability to program CNC machinery.
• Strong mechanical knowledge.
