Job summary

Yamazen Inc. is actively seeking a Sales Engineer in Canton, OH to prospect, develop and close new business within an exclusive sales territory. You will engage with customers, determine needs, and provide product solutions while building strong client relationships.

The role requires a BS/BA in Engineering or Business, outside sales experience, and a high level of communication and presentation skills. Expect travel, CRM use, and ownership of the full sales cycle with commissions and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop and close new business with new and existing customers.
• Meet or exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.
• Travel to perform customer consultations to determine needs and solutions, and obtain detailed information for estimates and proposals.
• Maintain involvement on turnkey projects, demonstrations and related customer projects to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Possess and maintain in-depth knowledge of machine tool industry and product lines.
• Utilize Salesforce.com (CRM) for all prospecting and customer activities.
