Job summary

Morris Group, Inc. in Medina, OH is seeking a results-driven CNC Machine Tool Sales Engineer to own full-cycle sales for the Northern Ohio territory.

You will collaborate with internal teams and supplier partners to deliver precision machining solutions across Medical, Aerospace, Tool & Die, and other industries. Role focuses on selling Tsugami, Index, WIA, Murata, YCM, Makino Horizontal/Vertical/5 Axis machines including Wire and Sinker EDMs, while nurturing customer relationships, providing

Qualifications

Demonstrated passion for the sales process from discovery to closing.
Strong technical background in tool and production machining with CNC machines.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Industrial sales background is a plus.
Basic technical capability.
Willingness to travel overnight occasionally across the territory.

Responsibilities

Develop new and strengthen existing relationships with customers, prospects, and suppliers.
Generate opportunities for quotation by providing continuous support and recommendations.
Lead projects, demonstrations, and other customer events to ensure timely completion and efficient prioritization of resources.
Prepare and present machine solutions for customer specific applications.
Enter activity into the CRM system (Salesforce.com).
Develop an in-depth knowledge of the machine tool industry and product lines represented by the company.
