About the Role:

AMBAC International is looking for an Entry-Level CNC Machinist / Grinder to join our team. In this role, you will learn to operate, program, and set up CNC mills, lathes, and grinders to produce high-quality parts that meet customer specifications. You’ll work closely with experienced machinists and other departments to keep production running smoothly and ensure a safe, organized workspace.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• CNC, Manufacturing / machining coursework, or related education preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
• Ability to use basic measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.)
• Interest in Lean manufacturing principles and quality control
