Job Title: CNC/Machine Operator
Location: Hartsville, SC
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Shift: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Overview:
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating CNC machines and woodworking equipment to produce high-quality components for boat manufacturing.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate CNC machines and woodworking equipment to fabricate boat components based on technical drawings and specifications
  • Set up, calibrate, and program machines for accurate and efficient production
  • Monitor machine performance and conduct quality checks throughout the production process
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and design specifications
  • Perform routine maintenance on machines and tools to ensure safety and optimal functionality
  • Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a CNC or Machine Operator is required. Boat or furniture manufacturing is a plus!
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
  • Familiarity with CNC programming and machine setup
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physically capable of lifting and moving materials and operating machinery


Education & Certification:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Certification or training in CNC operation or woodworking is a plus
