Job summary

IQ Resource Group, Inc. is hiring CNC Machine Operators/Press Brake Operators in New Holstein, WI. This full-time role offers $20.00-$27.00/hour based on experience, with 3rd shift and training options on 1st/2nd shifts.

You will operate CNC laser and/or press brake equipment, produce quality metal parts per blueprints, and perform basic quality inspections. Training will be provided to grow skills and adapt to production demands.

Qualifications

• 1 year of machine operating experience preferred (CNC a plus)
• Mechanical aptitude and a strong production mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Experience using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, tape measures)
• Blueprint reading preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC laser and/or press brake equipment.
• Produce quality metal fabricated parts according to blueprints and production standards.
• Perform basic quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
• Use precision measuring tools to verify part accuracy.
• Follow work orders and production instructions.
• Complete required production and quality documentation.

Location: New Holstein, WIPay: $20.00-$27.00/hour (Based on Experience)

Shift:

• 3rd Shift: Sunday night-Friday morning | 10:30 PM-6:30 AM
• Training will temporarily take place on either:
  • 1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 6:30 AM-2:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 2:30 PM-10:30 PM

What You'll Do

• Operate CNC laser and/or press brake equipment.
• Produce quality metal fabricated parts according to blueprints and production standards.
• Perform basic quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
• Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures to verify part accuracy.
• Follow work orders and production instructions.
• Complete required production and quality documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of machine operating experience preferred (CNC experience is a plus but not required).
• Previous sheet metal experience is helpful but not required.
• Mechanical aptitude and a strong production mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience using precision measuring tools, including calipers, micrometers, and tape measures.
• Ability to inspect parts for quality and accuracy.
• Blueprint reading experience is preferred but not required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong math, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Reliable, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work well as part of a team.
