Job summary

IQ Resource Group, Inc. in Oshkosh, WI is seeking a Machine Operator - Metal Shear on 1st shift. You will operate metal shear equipment, produce high-quality parts, and maintain safety and production standards daily.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday; 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM. You’ll read work orders and blueprints, verify material dimensions, and measure finished parts with tape measures and calipers. You’ll set up and adjust machines, keep accurate production counts, and inspect materials and products to

Location: Oshkosh, WI Shift: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM Pay: $17.00+/hour

We're seeking a dependable, mechanically inclined Machine Operator to operate metal shear equipment and produce high-quality parts while maintaining safety and production standards. Experience in manufacturing or fabrication is preferred, but candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications
