Metko is seeking full-time CNC Machine Operators for second and third shift in New Holstein, WI. You will operate CNC laser and/or press brake machinery, set up equipment, and prepare jobs from work orders.
You will produce quality metal-fabricated parts per blueprints and production standards, perform basic quality inspections, read drawings, and keep a clean, organized workspace while collaborating with teammates to meet customer quality and delivery expectations.
Metko is a third-generation, family-owned Wisconsin manufacturer built on quality workmanship, dependable service, and the people behind every part we produce.
We are looking for full-time CNC Machine Operators to join our second and third shift teams in New Holstein. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CNC operator - or for a mechanically inclined manufacturing professional who is ready to learn CNC laser and press brake equipment.
If you enjoy working with machinery, solving problems, and seeing raw sheet metal become a finished part, we can help you build on the skills you already have.
Second Shift: Monday through Friday, 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Third Shift: Sunday evening through Friday morning, 10:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.
Training for these positions may temporarily take place on first shift before transitioning to the regular second and third shift schedules.
Previous CNC machine-operation experience is preferred, but it is not required. We also welcome applicants with experience operating other types of manufacturing machinery who have the mechanical ability and desire to learn Metko's equipment.
Sheet-metal experience and blueprint-reading experience are helpful, but both can be developed on the job.
At Metko, you are not joining a distant corporation. You are joining a third-generation, family-owned manufacturer where your work matters and your skills can grow with every job you complete.
Whether you already know CNC equipment or are ready to take the next step from another machine-operation role, we would like to hear from you.
