Job summary

FLOFORM Countertops is seeking a CNC Operator for the night shift at our Boise branch. You will be responsible for safe machine operation, setup, material loading, and precise measurement checks to meet quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and CNC experience, with strong math and attention to detail, plus basic English comprehension and a valid driver’s license. Benefits include medical/dental/vision and 401k options.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machinery safely and efficiently.
• Set up stock using laser guides for placement.
• Load machines with stock using mechanical lifters.
• Verify settings by measurements and standards.
• Monitor drilling, grooving and cutting; adjust tools as needed.
• Keep workstation clean and orderly.
• Adhere to safety procedures on the production floor.
• Other duties as assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the safe operation of the CNC machine
• Sets-up stock to be machined using laser guides for placement of product
• Loads machines by lifting stock into position using mechanical lifters
• Verifies settings by measuring positions; adhering to set standards
• Maintains specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting; taking measurements detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes; adjusting and reprogramming controls sharpening and replacing worn tools; adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes
• Maintains workstation in a clean and orderly manner
• Observes and adhere to all safety procedures while on the production floor
• Other duties as assigned
• Monday - Thursday (Full Time)
